Bob is an experienced financial professional who brings his vast wealth of knowledge to Oxygen XL. He began his career leading a customer-focused team at CSC ServiceWorks, a billion dollar company providing home and commercial laundry and air vending solutions. After serving as CFO of CSC, Bob was promoted to CEO, where he more than doubled the company’s size in seven years. Bob Most recently, Bob joined Imperial Advisory as a business and finance consultant.

LaDonna Bohling has spent her career as a Compliance Officer and leader in Operations Management with a special focus on the collections and accounts receivables industries. She has earned a reputation as one of the most talented and detail-oriented professionals in the industry, where she has enhanced operations, elevated customer service practices, and ensured compliance down to the smallest detail. She is a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional a member of the ACA (the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals) and IFCCE (American Collectors Association). She brings all of her knowledge and expertise to Oxygen XL during this time of growth to ensure attention to detail and a superior customer service experience.
Mordy Goldman
Chief Technology Officer
Mordy Goldman is a technology specialist with a decade of experience in managing large software teams. Morty’s expertise lies with software platforms, particularly those with a focus on Accounts Receivable. His most recent achievement was establishing and managing a software platform that was rolled out and deployed by more than 1200 houses of worship, streamlining their payment processing and acceptance of donations. At Oxygen XL, Morty is leading the transformation of the company’s SaaS offering. In his spare time, he is an avid runner and loves spending time with his wife and 2 children.
Miguel Guerrero
Director of Business Development
Miguel Guerrero appreciates the opportunity to roll up his sleeves and get involved with all aspects of operations and growth. By joining the Oxygen XL as Director of Business Development, Miguel saw an opportunity to deploy his more than twelve years of experience in business development, management consulting, and operational strategy. His expertise has resulted in significant growth for Oxygen XL, a result which shows no signs of slowing down. Miguel’s customer-driven focus and his belief in the company’s core values are a winning combination, bringing Oxygen XL to the forefront among debt recovery agencies. Miguel’s passion for giving back is right at home at Oxygen, where community-mindedness and philanthropic efforts are actively supported and encouraged. Together with his wife, Miguel founded UrbanWarFare NYC, a company focused on reclaimed, sustainable, vintage clothing. An avid sportsman Miguel is passionate about spending his free time participating in outdoor activities of all kinds.
John Hasbrouck
System Administrator and Data Scientist
John Hasbrouck, a Certified Data Scientist, brings his near decade of experience to Oxygen XL. As a ‘math-magician’ of the ‘Pi-est order’, John spends his days creating fact-based solutions to new and interesting problems. He is a firm believer that debt collection is a data-driven industry and is targeting his skills to ensure Oxygen’s clients benefit from this technology driven perspective. John’s professional background includes family-run enterprises (such as Martin Sprocket and Gear of Arlington, Texas) as well as Industry Titans (like Pratt and Whitney).
